Unlike generic listing sites, we offer a curated portfolio of the finest properties and include full concierge services with every stay. We handle everything end-to-end, providing a seamless, hotel-like experience in a private home.
How do I book a villa through Villoura?Browse our listings and submit a booking request or inquiry on the property page. A Villoura specialist will confirm availability and details (usually within a few hours). For immediate help, you can call us and we’ll guide you to the right property and handle the booking for you. Payments can be made securely by credit card or wire transfer. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed confirmation, and our concierge will reach out to assist with pre-arrival arrangements.
What services are included with my stay?Every booking includes complimentary concierge service, daily housekeeping (unless otherwise noted), and welcome amenities. Our concierge can assist with airport pickup, restaurant reservations, groceries, and more to personalize your stay. Some villas come staffed with house managers, and additional services like private chefs, drivers, or spa therapists can be arranged at an extra cost.
Do you accommodate special events or long-term stays?Select properties may allow small events (such as family gatherings or corporate retreats); larger events require approval and may incur additional fees and security deposits. For long-term stays, we frequently arrange monthly or multi-month rentals with pricing adjusted accordingly. Long-term guests can request added services like weekly linen changes or office setup.
How does Villoura ensure the property looks as advertised?We take pride in accuracy and quality control. Our team personally photographs or verifies each property and keeps listings up to date. When you arrive, the home will be exactly as shown (or better). In the unlikely event of an issue at check-in, we have contingency plans and can relocate you to an equal or better property or offer appropriate compensation.
What is your cancellation policy?Policies vary by property and season. Generally, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with full payment due closer to arrival (for example, 60 days prior). If you cancel before the full payment due date, the deposit may be forfeited unless the villa is re-booked. After full payment, cancellations are typically non-refundable due to the exclusive nature of these bookings. We recommend trip cancellation insurance and will work with you and the homeowner in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Are the homes safe and private?Yes. All villas are in safe neighborhoods or secure buildings, and many are gated estates with their own security systems. We can arrange additional security personnel for high-profile guests upon request. Privacy is paramount—no one will access the property during your stay except staff you’ve approved (such as scheduled housekeeping). Our team can also sign NDAs for celebrity or high-profile clients.
Can I see the property in person before booking (or have a virtual tour)?We can often arrange a virtual tour via video call, especially for longer stays. In-person viewings may be possible for local properties if scheduling permits (typically for bookings of a certain value or duration). We also provide extensive details—floor plans, videos, and additional photos—to help you choose confidently.
What if something goes wrong during my stay (maintenance issue, etc.)?Villoura support is available 24/7. If an issue arises, contact your concierge immediately. We maintain a network of maintenance professionals to resolve problems quickly; if a major issue occurs, we can relocate you to a comparable property. Our goal is zero disruptions to your vacation.
How do I become a Villoura property owner/partner?If you own a luxury property and are interested in our management or listing services, we’d love to talk. We have a rigorous vetting process—properties must meet luxury standards for location, amenities, and design.
