Amazing location! No silverware, or pots, pans, and dishes. WIFI intermittent. Rooftop motorized ceiling doesn’t work.

Мы провели восемь чудесных дней в квартире Хаэма — месте по-настоящему особенном. Квартира находится прямо напротив Котеля, и главное, что вы получаете, — это уникальное ощущение: не просто подняться в Иерусалим, но и спать в Иерусалиме. Это редкий и бесценный опыт. Важно понимать, что это не люксовое жильё уровня Мамилы. Это Старый Город: исторические стены, особенная атмосфера, энергия места. Если вы выбираете эту квартиру, вы выбираете именно уникальный духовный опыт, а не отельный стандарт. Несмотря на строительные работы вокруг, в квартире удивительно тихо, свежий воздух и чудесный вид. Практическая деталь: в Старый Город невозможно подъехать на машине. Паркинг — примерно в пяти минутах ходьбы. Если у вас багаж, заранее договоритесь с Хаэмом — он поможет организовать доставку. Мы решили этот вопрос уже на месте(и это заняло время), а при отъезде он отлично нам помог. Это место подарило нам незабываемое пребывание.

Amazing stay

The only reason to pay the price or stay in this listing is the view. It is unbeatable and magical. Everything else is terrible. I asked if we could drop off our bags before the 3 pm check in and Chaim told me for $80/hr we could. We arrived a half hour after check in and the cleaning person was still in the apartment "cleaning" for another 30 minutes. The apartment is shabby, dirty, and missing basics. The floors filthy (the bottom of my feet were black). No wifi, no hand soap anywhere. I emailed Chaim these issues and he responded that he will forward them to the owner, no offer or suggestion on fixing the wifi. I asked him to message me directly and gave him my phone number. He did not. One night we were stranded outside, the lock to the building was jammed and Chaim responded that he will message the owner (no phone call/no sense of timing). With no notice, an hour before check out, a construction worker barged into the apartment without knocking (he had the code).

The apartment is surreal, the ultimate old city experience. Chaim was extremely kind and helpful. I already booked my next stay.

Very enjoyable stay

Chaim was an unbelievable host.... He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and went out of his way to help us. THIS AIRBNB WAS MAGICAL. O HAVE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE IT . IT'S MORE TJAN A VIEW,, IT'S WAS AN EXPERIENCE. I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else!
