**DO NOT STAY HERE!** I booked this property for my parents to stay at while they were visiting me for a month. Upon checking in the first night, almost everything was broken. The most concerning two things were (1) no hot water and (2) a strong moldy smell. There was a long list of other things that were broken - broken glass, doorknobs, stove, pans and mugs, etc. We contacted Simon but he was slow to respond despite us missing a basic amenity (couldn't take a shower). He also did not provide an ETA on when the issues could be fixed. The next day, we tried to resolve the situation with him by offering to potentially move to another one of his properties in the area but the keys to those units were not even in their lockboxes when we went to check them out. Ultimately, we got a refund from Airbnb and relocated to another non-Simon listing in the area. This was a upsetting and disappointing experience - there's probably a reason this place has little to no reviews. Stay away!
Simon was incredibly helpful during our stay in one of his lovely homes.
