For the price I paid, I could have negotiated a six-month apartment lease. It took weeks for the unit to reach even basic standards, despite being advertised as luxury. The bathtub was concerning, with grime on the walls and doors, the AC didn’t work, and the vents were covered in dust. The washer/dryer was broken, cabinets were falling off the hinges, and the bed was uncomfortable. The sheets were dirty, so I had to buy a topper and new linens. The photos were clearly outdated. The unit showed heavy wear, with missing or broken items, and it failed a safety inspection that still hasn’t been resolved. I eventually moved into a 2 bed/2 bath for slightly more, and it’s better in every way. I felt stuck and finished my stay, but the owner never followed up after recently asking to email me. I wouldn’t stay here again, short or long term
