There is an issue with the water system and the sewage is coming out of the bath tub, making the room smell terrible. Also, the a/c cant cool the room down. Danielle said the technician would come but they never came. NOT recommend

This listing wasn't prepared for a long-term stay. Small things like no forks in the house, the refrigerator being at a weird angle (maybe because it was too big), and the TV being in store mode (I didn't have the patience to set it up). The doors didn't feel secure, especially the front door. I tried to cook one day and every smoke alarm in the house went off... but there was no smoke. It felt like the appliances had been delivered and not actually set up. The neighborhood can be loud (no fault of the owner). There are dips in the floor, especially by one bedroom where my socks kept getting caught on a nail. I called the owner and she was responsive to the door issue, but I opted not to have maintenance come after I figured out the locks. When the smoke alarms went off, the owner said she was sending someone to look at it; I don't know if they came. I never tried cooking again. With a little work, this could be a good listing, but right now it's not ready.
