Mice droppings and ants in beds, not cleaned, never offered to remedy, other than 10% off first night for a place that was a health risks. I would not expect anyone to stay in such conditions, and feel that my health did not seem to matter to this host. If the location would have. we. cleaned, affected items replaced, and mattresses bagged would have tried to stay, but no such offer was made, Airbnb refused to do more than request refund, which host denied, and had to fill claim with credit card company. I still do not understand how they do not consider this an unhealthy environment with all the diseases caused from mice feces.
