I would not recommend booking with this host. This is a rental company trying to pass itself off as a person. The unit was nice enough. However, several things were misrepresented -- a missing washer and dryer, a shared yard implied to be private (and it was full of clothes and trash on the ground when I arrived), a driveway full of cars (and a parking permit needed to park on the street), unclear instructions about where the unit was located (I accidentally walked in the wrong door, which had been left open, and was yelled at for not knocking). When I reached out about the missing washer and dryer, the host kept responding saying they would look into it, and then I would hear nothing more from them. I had to call AirBnB support, who received the same non-response, and they ended up refunding most of my stay. I was scheduled to stay for a month and ended up staying two nights while trying to resolve the issues and scrambling to find another place.
